§1 General Terms & Conditions
We want you, as a customer, to have the best possible experience when shopping with us. That’s why we believe in offering fair terms and being transparent about what applies. By using our services (www.granfeldtstudios.com, hereafter referred to as the "Website") and/or placing an order with REN Workshops AB ("Granfeldt," hereafter referred to as the "Company") with organization number SE556903740001, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please ensure that you have read and understood them before placing an order.
To process your order, we must collect and store certain personal data about you as a customer, such as your name and personal identification number, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please note that the Company only enters into contracts with individuals who are of legal age (18 years or older). If you are under 18, parental consent is required. A contract is formed when you confirm your order at checkout.
We reserve the right to changes in stock availability and errors in images or text on the Website, such as incorrect product descriptions, technical specifications, pricing errors, price adjustments, or inaccurate information regarding stock availability. The Company reserves the right to correct any errors, update information, and make necessary adjustments on the Website at any time. If you have placed an order for a product with an incorrect price, we will notify you and wait for your approval of the corrected price before proceeding with your order. If you do not accept the corrected price, you have the right to cancel your purchase. While we strive for accuracy, please note that product colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and browser.
We reserve the right to cancel purchases if fraud is suspected. Products provided free of charge with a purchase must be returned if the original product is returned. If the free product is not returned, its full value will be charged.
We also reserve the right to modify these terms without prior notice. The terms applicable to your order will be those available on the Website at the time of purchase.
§2 Ordering
By placing an order on the Website, you are making an offer to purchase selected products under these terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Once your order has been received, you will receive an order confirmation via email. A binding contract is established when this order confirmation is sent. These terms are part of that agreement.
If you notice any errors in your order after checkout, please contact us as soon as possible via our support form. Changes to an order can only be made before it has left our warehouse.
If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases where the product is out of stock (especially for limited editions), technical issues arise, fraud or criminal activity is suspected, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control prevent fulfillment.
§3 Delivery
We deliver to all countries within the European Union, to the United States, Canada and Australia. All shipments are handled by PostNord, and the shipping cost is determined at checkout. The standard delivery time within EU is 3-4 business days and for USA 4-8 business days. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times, as they may be affected by external factors beyond our control.
If an item in your order is out of stock, it may be back-ordered. If we are unable to ship your order on time, you have the right to cancel your purchase.
Shipping Damage & Lost Packages
- If your package or its contents are damaged upon delivery, report it immediately at the pickup location.
- Once the package is received, responsibility for the shipment is transferred to you as the customer.
- If your package is lost in transit, you must notify us within a reasonable timeframe (two months).
- If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them in separate packages due to size variations.
Unclaimed Orders
If you fail to collect your package from a pickup point, a 400 SEK fee (including VAT) will be charged to cover return shipping and handling costs. Not collecting a package does not count as canceling your order.
§4 Payment, Prices & Fees
All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT, unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not apply to confirmed orders.
Follow the instructions at checkout to choose your preferred payment method.
All goods remain the property of the Company until full payment has been received.
§5 Right of Withdrawal & Returns
If you are purchasing as a private individual, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days under Swedish consumer law. This right does not apply to business customers.
For a return to be valid:
- The item must be in its original condition and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and function, you may be charged for depreciation.
- Custom-made or modified products cannot be returned.
- We currently do not offer exchanges; if you need a different item, return the original and place a new order.
Returned items must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. If an item is damaged due to insufficient packaging, you are responsible for the damage.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
§6 Complaints & Warranty
We offer a 6-month limited warranty that covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage occurring during transport
During the first six (6) months from the date of purchase, any discovered defect is presumed to be a manufacturing defect unless we can demonstrate otherwise. After 6 months, you may need to prove the defect is not due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or other external factors. This 6-month warranty is in addition to your statutory consumer rights. It does not limit or override any national consumer protection laws.
If the product is found to be defective, we will repair or replace it at our discretion, free of charge. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty period of any replaced product shall not extend beyond its original term. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications. If proof of purchase cannot be provided, the manufacture date will be deemed to be the start of the warranty period. This warranty does not cover any software applications or programs. All products and parts that are replaced become the property of REN Workshops AB (”Granfeldt Studios” or ”Granfeldt”).
Statutory Consumer Rights (Sweden/EU)
If you are a consumer residing in Sweden or another EU member state, you are entitled to statutory consumer protections that cannot be limited by any voluntary warranty.
- Sweden: You have up to 3 years to file a complaint (reklamation) for defects that existed at the time of delivery, according to Swedish consumer law.
- EU: In most other EU countries, consumers have at least 2 years to file a complaint for defects that existed at the time of delivery (subject to national laws).
U.S. Customers
If you are a customer in the United States, this warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. This limited warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, and in no event shall we be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use or loss of profits. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Resolution Process
If you believe your product has a defect covered by this warranty or by applicable consumer protection laws, please follow these steps:
- Contact us: Contact us using this form and provide:

- Proof of purchase (receipt, order number)
- Serial number (if applicable)
- A clear description of the issue (photos or videos can be helpful)
- Repair first:

- We will attempt to repair the product or the defect if possible.
- Replacement:

- If repair is not feasible, we will replace the product with the same or an equivalent model.

Refund:
- If we cannot repair or replace, you may request a full refund of the purchase price.
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, abuse, or improper handling
- Damage caused by external circumstances (e.g., accidents, natural disasters)
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Nothing in this Warranty section is intended to limit or exclude any rights you have under Swedish consumer law, other EU consumer laws, or U.S. federal/state laws. Where local law grants you more extensive rights than those set out here, those rights prevail.
§7 Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to cancel a contract if an obvious pricing or quantity error has occurred. In such cases, customers are not entitled to compensation.
§8 Liability & Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to unforeseen events beyond our control, such as:
- Government regulations
- New or changed laws
- Strikes, blockades, or labor disputes
- Natural disasters
- Cyber-attacks or criminal activity affecting operations

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you can escalate the issue to:
- The Swedish Consumer Agency
- The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) – www.arn.se
If a dispute is reviewed by ARN, we will comply with their decision.
