PROCESSING TIME

Please note that it usually takes 1-2 days to process your order and hand it over to our carriers.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, forwarding addresses or Poste Restante. Orders made to any of these addresses will be canceled.

The delivery address of your order must match the country in which you place your order. Orders made from a different country than the delivery address will be automatically canceled.

Due to international trading agreements and local customs restrictions, we may be unable to ship certain items to your location. We'll let you know if this is the case once you proceed to purchase.

For destinations in Sweden and Europe, we usually send your item(s) trackable with Postnord Varubrev First Class. Our delivery options and pricing may vary, view what's currently available at checkout. Our warehouse is closed on Swedish public holidays and orders will not be shipped out on those dates.

My Order

REFUNDS

We usually accept returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation by email. The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used. For credit card that is usually within 7 business days.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, it can be returned to us for a full refund. As soon as you've decided you'd like to return, let us know. You have 14 days from the date you received your order. Contact us and please include your order number. Unfortunately we can't accept returns of consumable goods, made-to-order and/or personalised products. If you choose to return an item to us, you must pay the entire shipping fee back to our warehouse. The item being returned must be unused in its original packaging.

MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED?

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, we suggest that you check the order status in the My Account section for registered customers. Check that the address indicated for the delivery is correct. For further assistance, contact us, we will be happy to assist you.

WHAT DO I DO IF I AN ITEM IS FAULTY?

Please contact us and provide your order number and a description of the problem. When you get in touch with us, you will be asked to provide photographs of your item. Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the first instance, the fault will be corrected at no extra cost to you. If your claim is approved and a repair is not possible, we will offer you the choice of receiving a replacement item, or receiving a full refund.

CAN I CANCEL AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or request a different size or variation within one hour. Please note, we’re unable to add an item to an existing order. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do for you.
